One going round on twitter this week where someone ordered cream crackers, and got Christmas crackers in its placeSquirrel! If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.

I work in the home shopping department and the best ones I have heard of have been : customer ordered tiger beer and they subbed for tiger cat food and another customer ordered suppositories and it was subbed for worming tablets0

I always ask for no substitutions now after some of the crazy ones I've got. Two of the most memorable were dog food instead of cat food; where I had to spend 10 minutes explaining to the driver why I didn't want it and why it wouldn't 'just do' and one where I got send a twix bar instead of tampax!

Hi
It may well be a crib but none the less it was well worth retelling in my opinion, and it seems to have given a chuckle to those of us who had not seen the original.0 -
No you didn't. That story has been posted on MSE since (at least) 2009 and you hadn't joined then.:heartpuls Mrs Marleyboy :heartpuls

A friend, who is veggie, was sent meat sausages in place of veggie ones... the lack of meat on the order didn't give any clues....
