One going round on twitter this week where someone ordered cream crackers, and got Christmas crackers in its place :D

If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.

I work in the home shopping department and the best ones I have heard of have been : customer ordered tiger beer and they subbed for tiger cat food and another customer ordered suppositories and it was subbed for worming tablets :o

I always ask for no substitutions now after some of the crazy ones I've got. Two of the most memorable were dog food instead of cat food; where I had to spend 10 minutes explaining to the driver why I didn't want it and why it wouldn't 'just do' and one where I got send a twix bar instead of tampax!

  • May be it was the same store? Glitch? ;)
  • Who cares who said it, but fair enough for bothering, and having the time to check. Still funny subs though:)

    Hi

It may well be a crib but none the less it was well worth retelling in my opinion, and it seems to have given a chuckle to those of us who had not seen the original.

Well that could actually be quite helpful if it happened at this time of year. :D

Might be a shock but who says that it didn't happen to more than one person.
