I can't go under it, I can't go over it...I'll have to go through it....Part 2

Okay...So I've taken charge again and sort of feel a bit better.
Spreadsheet is now up to date and I will update it daily as well as checking the bank account.
The credit card, I will check tomorrow...not quite ready today.
Need to gather my thoughts on the coming year too, its only about 8 weeks away lol0 -
Good morning
I have woken up in a much better and more focussed mood.
I have been paid today and was paid a bit more than I thought so that's good.
Have updated my spreadsheet and if the figures are correct, we should have some money left over by the time DH's pay day comes around. Anything spare will go off the credit card.
DH is on holiday now for a couple of days, so no doubt we'll spend some money as we'll be doing things with the kids.
Have a good day x0 -
Pleased your feeling brighter today, fingers crossed you have some spare cash to throw at the CC.0

Good morning
DH and DS have gone out on their bikes, leaving me and DD at home in the warmth. Both of them will come back covered in mud but no doubt with a smile on their faces. If you've seen Redbull Rampage, you'll have some idea of what my boys like doing.
On to all things moneywise...I took the plunge and checked the credit cards....here goes:
MBNA: £12097.15
BC: £620.20
Total: £12717.35
We've agreed not to use the MBNA card and that we'll get rid of them when we can...any extra money will be paid off this one!
As for the BC, I don't want this to grow any higher. My thinking is that once the MBNA has halved, it may be worth transferring it over to the BC? but that is something to think about next year not yet.
Other things moneywise, have checked the online banking and have updated the spreadsheet.
Thinking about next week, my mum and her bf are coming down for a quick visit...never thought I'd say she has a bf but since my dad died, I'm happy she's got someone else and he's a really good bloke. Any way I digress, they're down Tuesday to Wednesday, so need something for dinner that night.
Monday I'm back at work but kids are on an inset day, so hubby is off that day.
Friday, I have another appointment with the dermatologist at the hospital over my Vitiligo, I've been using steroid cream that she gave me but don't think it's doing much. Personally I don't want to go back.
Aiming for quite a few NSD's that week!
I want to get the old me back, I was happier and healthier then plus the house looked a lot better too. It's going to be a long slow process but worth the fight I think.
Right, enough waffling. Got housework to do.0 -
Yawn!!!
Been awake since 4am, thinking about the debt and ways to try and pay it off. Finally got out of bed at 6am...tired now.
Was hoping for some peace but that was destroyed once the kids got up at 6.30 :rotfl:
Have checked online banking and updated my spreadsheet.
Sold an item on FB...only 50p but will go in the pot towards the Big CC, once I get a bit more then I will pay it off.
In an ideal world, I would like to use my wages to pay off the CC's and then put it in savings towards the OD. In reality, my wages are needed for other things besides the debt, so I need to make extra money before that can happen.0 -
Woo hoo!!! its the weekend and it's November, nearly time to get the thermals out lol
Okay so I've not been on my diary this week, combination of many things.
Have updated the finances and my spreadsheet and its looking grim. If we are careful chances are we will come through November intact. That is my aim any how
Only managed one AFD this week and no NSD's and the housework went up the spout toobut that was this week; next week is a whole new ball game.
So I need to make plans for next week.
Need to walk to school and back as much as possible.
Try harder with the NSD's and AFD's.
Sort the housework out and do as much as possible before the school run in the mornings.
Ensure that we eat what is on the meal plan.
Try and get 30 mins of exercise in a day.
Keep and eye on the account and keep the spreadsheet updated.
There, those are my goals for next week. That should keep me busy.
DS has his climbing club tomorrow, so although will cost some money, I need to aim for as low spend as possible.
Went back to see the dermatologist at the hospital yesterday and I've been told to keep using the cream she gave me and to go back and see her at the end of December.
Today, I've run around like a whirlwind and got various things done. Waiting for the washer and drier to finish then I can put the next load in. Plan for this afternoon is to clean the bathroom; I also need to sort out Park and get next years order sorted for my mum and me.
