Thats the only downside to working - colleagues
I can remember getting REALLY annoyed with certain people in my own job because they got away with doing nothing and the minute I would sit down, the boss would catch me.
Don't Even get me started with smoking breaks..Grrrr. I used to ask for a 10 minute biscuit break, as the non-smokers end up having to do so much more work than the smokers, outside fagging it 10 minutes out of every hour.
Must be something in the water today, we are all ranting. Maybe the moon is in a funny position. :laugh:0 -

We have one girl in our team who talks all the time ... seriously - yet nothing is ever said to her but if one of the rest of us passes the time of day with someone for more than a couple of mins ....:mad:StressedSteph wrote: »Don't Even get me started with smoking breaks..Grrrr. Ahhhh - depends on where you work - we have to deduct it from our time .... entirely fair but very annoying when there are people who go to the canteen every day who don't ... you pass people chatting in the corridor on your way out and they're still there when you go back!StressedSteph wrote: »Must be something in the water today, we are all ranting. Good morning, Happy Hump Day
Half way through the week already, I like four day working weeks and think that there should be more of them
Cleaning day for me today and should be another NSD. I'll put the cleaning money to one side so that I won't spend it.
Hubby gave me some change last night, so they got squirrelled away in to their respective pots.
I need to fill in an application form today and get it sent off, its for an Admin job at the local college, they have two positions one full time and one part time.
Dinner all sorted for tonight - Marinated spicy pork, cheesy potatoes and peas.
Haven't washed up yet, I don't feel inclined to do it but I need to before I leave the house and I have the recycling to put out today but doubt it'll get collected today (they're useless!)
Reducing my alcohol intake during the week is going fairly well and next week I'm going to try and reduce it even more.
Checked online banking and haven't yet updated my spreadsheet but will do later (she says!)
Right off to get motivated, will put the pots to soak whilst I get dressed.
Have a good day everyone x0 -

Morning Purple,
Hope the jobs go well today.
Don't forget to update your spreadsheet later. In the past I have forgotten to check my online banking and then lose control and go back to being too scared to look because I know I have fallen off the waggon again.
I have to do it every day to keep me in control and stop me being too scared to look.
You sounds really organised though, with sorting out the house before you go to work etc.
Have a good day xx0 -

!!!!!!! The curtain pole in the dining room has come down again! Same side as last time, so cleaning money from this morning is going to be used at the hardware store getting a masonry bit and rawl plugs. GGGRRR!!!
Haven't done my application form yet either or done my spread sheet...both are a must do for today as the application has to be handed in for Friday so will have to take it in tomorrow.
Oh well, today can't get any worse (fingers crossed).0 -
