:mad:I buy Bon Marche Jeans as they fit better than any others Ive tried on in other stores, but I do have to take a deep breath when going into the store, the staff are a pretty miserable bunch! Any they seem to take ages to serve each person. I dont collect their stamps, did say give them to another customer, got sternly told, " We dont allow that"! Why not? Seriously thinking about shopping online in future, Hopefully with codes.

one order refunded, less the P+P that was added/refunded on paypal.. but thankfully it was the correct amount that was taken from bank! :think:

3 emails and still no response regarding the other order.. this was never refunded via paypal and full amount taken from bank!

sure i'll get there in the end but doubt i'll use them for any future online orders

I contributed to the original thread and took the offer up - ordered about £90 worth of stuff for £37 (included the £3.95 delivery charge) and paid by credit card. They honoured it and it was delivered to me. Was going to come back to the thread to say so in case others had not got theirs yet and were wondering if it would be honoured when it seemed to have completely disappeared with no explanation. Anyway have just noticed this thread now. I am really surprised that so many had their orders cancelled but some were honoured

Has anyone received their refund through paypal?
I raised a claim with paypal last week but it says Bonmarche have still until 24th December to reply then they will look into it, I am waiting for £55.00 I think it's far too long to wait for a refund as I paid on the 6th Dec does anyone have any advise how I can hurry this along? Thank you

had to raise a claim with paypal myself.. thankfully I got my refund the day after I sent it.. funny how they ignored me and my emails asking for the refund but responded as soon as i'd raised the claim!

I picked my parcel from local bonmarche store yesterday. my order has two cardigans and one pair of slippers all cost me £19.:j the only downside was sizing. the medium size was quite generous at the waist.
