  • 'Unfortunately your order has been cancelled, this could be for one of the following reasons:

    • You have asked us to cancel the order

    • The item you have chosen has sold out

    • Your card issuer has declined the payment'

    Obviously not any of above as another email states technical issue due to using more than one code.

    Sort of expected it, but I don't think they've done themselves any favours.

    I've had a dispatch email too :) wondered why they've honored some, not others?

  • I just received a dispatch email for 3 pairs of pyjamas. They were the ones already reduced to £7.50 so I don't know if that makes a difference? Plus, I ordered them to be collected free from a store. Again - might or might not make a difference.

    Although, I wouldn't be TOO suprised to get a cancellation email even at this stage.

    I made 3 orders, 1 for my mum (who has an account) and 2 for me. I mainly purchased scarves and some nightdresses for an aunt who is currently in hospital.

    I placed an order for myself first, then did one for my mum using her account and then did a second order for the nighties. My mums and my second order have been cancelled but getting my first order.

    My orders were all for home delivery (our town branch shut down), the order being delivered was standard delivery whereas the other 2 were 48hr delivery.

    It's a shame they felt the need to cancel orders. Considering this company had to close several stores around the country you'd think a sale would be a sale. Due to the glitch they probably had hundreds of new customers (me being one of them) placing orders and who might have returned and purchased again. This will only deter people from ordering from them again. Their loss!

    I will be interested to see how much things will be discounted to in the sales though!

    Mines on it's way too....paid by my Paypal balance, if thats the reason
    Never put off until tomorrow what you can avoid doing altogether.:D

    i paid by paypal, collect from store - had a dispatch email this afternoon....
