Has it been totally removed? I posted in the thread so checked my post history to find it - but there's no record of that post. My order's still saying 'released for delivery', same as yesterday.

I've just had cancellation emails for the order I placed early yesterday morning

Most of the stuff will be reduced in the sales soon anyway so you'd think they would be happy to sell it at that. I was a genuine new customer and I would probably have ordered more in the future but not now. Their loss.

Seems to have been deleted for some reason.
I ordered some pjs and got the cancellation email a little while ago.

Email said stacking codes not allowed (but can get 20% off till Sun if I want)

I wasn't ordering for Xmas particularly - needed some new ones but can wait - why settle for 20% off now when they will prob go on half price sale after Xmas anyway. :money:

I was a new customer too. Can safely say I'll never look at the site or set foot in the shop ever now. Shame. Good luck shifting the stock after Christmas Bonmarche!

Still no cancellation here either, or dispatch e mail.

Would have thought that it would have been dispatched by now if I was going to get it as I ordered using 48 hr express delivery.

My order was also cancelled this morning, I was a first time customer at Bonmarche won't be shopping there again.
