I've had a despatch email too. Credit card payment, standard delivery. There doesn't seem to be a pattern. I placed my order yesterday morning yet some people who placed the night before have had theirs cancelled. It doesn't seem fair. The BHS code stack was similar, some honoured, some cancelled. I was unlucky that time.0

I got the same response:
Unfortunately your order has been cancelled, this could be for one of the following reasons:
• You have asked us to cancel the order
• The item you have chosen has sold out
• Your card issuer has declined the payment'
Neither of those are true, I hate companies that lie, why couldn't they just say you used too many codes?
I've never even been in a Bon Marche store before I thought it was for a different age group to mine, I was pleasantly surprised by some of their stuff. Shame their inability to be honest has broken my trust and I cannot be a customer of theirs again.AKA: PC

Sort of expected it, but I don't think they've done themselves any favours.
Been a customer of theirs for years, not impressed with my cancellation, especially the " Card holder declined payment" I will be furious IF it ends up on my credit file ..... ? An order possibly an hour later, with Amazon, goods are on the way.
BAD CALL BON MARCHE wont be sad when you go under.
p.s I paid via Paypal, and my mail said xxxxxx working days my cash will be back in my account, so carefull all !0 -

I back that, sorry but i think they have lost a lot of customers for not honoring this, especially allowing some through but not others. You win some and you lose some, its not the end of the world. i hope those they honored get theirs soon x0 -
i also had a dispatch email. I didnt order pj's. my order was 60 odd down to 20 odd0
