It just doesn't make any sense - i ordered the night that this thread was put up on the board yet mine was cancelled. Seems there are others who ordered later and got theirs honered.

Shame their inability to be honest has broken my trust and I cannot be a customer of theirs again.

Glitches and code stacks are not an 'entitlement'; they are usually faults in IT systems that people take advantage of much to the loss of the retailer.

The discount was about 60% so not much more than they would give in the sales anyway, so I can't see they would have been making a loss.

I suspect this might be another store gone from the high street in a few months time.

Something to watch out for.

My order was cancelled.
Refund was back in my PayPal account very quickly, but, was not correct.

My original order included the delivery charge and they have not refunded this.

So I am not getting my order, which they have cancelled and they have taken £3.95 of my money for the privilege.

Grumpy email has been sent.
