Yes it does but hardly anything in the sale, after both discounts £16 odd for 1 top delivered - I'll just wear old clothes until the next glitch.:o

My refund is on 'temporary hold' whilst Paypal review it. Anyone else getting this? It's only just over £6 but I'd rather it was in my bank!

I received an email saying my order had been cancelled on 7th. They took my money from my bank and said that they'd refund me with 5-6 days. So I was really surprised when I got a message on my mobile from the store saying that my Internet order is now in and ready to be collected!!

Don't understand what's going on at all!!

It really is not on that they have delivered some orders and not others. If code stacking not allowed fair enough, but cancelling some and not others creates bad impressions.
The discount wasn't any more than they would offer in sale anyway,nap they could have let them through, after all a sale with small profit is better than no sale at all.
And would have got repeat sales from some of us.
I can wait till the sale though but would have spent more in the long run on top if my order had gone through.

I ordered a dress to be delivered to store and had a phone call yesterday to say it was in. I only used 3 codes, was a bit too scared to try anymore.:D The dress is now reduced so my saving has only been £5.

has anyone else had their paypal payments taken after orders cancelled and 'refunds' given?

2 payments now been taken, one was meant to have been refunded - the other was just cancelled with no refund follow up!
