I accept your apologies.0

So, when you asked 2 months ago, were T-mobile throttling these numbers, or was it just capacity issues for some providers, as it was last summer?0

SJ.
Why do you ask if their going to improve their sim only offer here http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=427837
Surely you would know what their up to or could ask internally.0 -
If this is the case, does it give us grounds to get out of our contracts?0

If you visit the yourcallworld website there is information regarding the introduction of these new charges. T-mobile website is unhelpful, as usual, for information regarding out of bundle call charges preferring to alert you to this on your monthly statement.
The information on the yourcalworld website is below
"Breaking News for T-Mobile Users
YourCall would like to inform customers of an important announcement.
What is Changing
T-Mobile recently announced plans to change the way it treats calls to 07744 & 07755 access numbers. This change means calls to 07744 & 07755 access numbers will no longer be included in your bundle of cross network minutes from 1st June 2007. Instead, all calls will be charged from this date onwards at a flat rate of 12p per minute.
Don't Worry - We have the answer!
Whilst still good value for money, T-Mobile will be charging 12p/min a minute for these calls. The great news is YourCall has managed to agree some very special rates on new access numbers starting from just 3p/min.
So from the 1st June onwards, using our new access numbers from your mobile, you will be able to call countries such as India for 8p/min, Pakistan for 6p/min, USA & Canada for 3p/min and Nigeria for 8p/min.
Despite the pricing changes announced by T-Mobile, we are still cheaper than Calling Cards!
To request details of the new access numbers and a full list of destinations and prices available, please register your information below."0 -

I dont know what numbering ranges Your Call World are going to use so you can make cheap intl calls from T-Mob ,but you can normally do this cheaper using
http://www.18185.co.uk/mobilerates.php via their geographical 020 access number out of your T-Mob inclusive minutes. Theirs a 5p connection which you dont pay if your not connected and USA/Canada is 1p a minute, India landline and mobile is 4p a minute etc (Lots of destinations at reasonable rates).;)
You can also use the https://www.pre-dial.com 07730 o2 number (click on free destination list)out of your x-net minutes to reach approx 50 destinations (Evenings and Weekends only)0
