Managed to get a code.
Already a sky broadband and phone customer,
Signed up for the full monty for a year, so thats full TV package (minus HD) and unlimited bb and basic talk package for £48 pcm, normally £77.50.
After a year I guess I will go to the basic package for £21.50 a month.
The guy on the phone didn't know anything about the £25 M&S voucher though.0 -
Just as a side note for other non-TV customers who have Sky broadband and phone... about 10 minutes after signing up using the 50% discount a guy called from Sky offering me the same deal!
The night before after failing to get a code I enquired online about getting the deal anyway as a "loyal customer". The chat adviser declined me but be bold and ring up.... you could get lucky even without a code.0 -
New customer here, what do you think of the Sky Line Rental and Broadband?0
-
I got a code online, rang up to use it and I upgraded to the HD pack at 50% without ever being asked for my code!
If you didn't manage to get a code I'd still ring up and give it a shot.0 -

Hi All,
Unfortunately I checked my emails too late and didn't manage to get the code!
HOWEVER, I wanted to upgrade anyway so called SKY about 30mins ago and said that I had been offered 50% HD+ pack for 12months and a free HD box. At first they said they couldn't do it but could call me tomorrow to offer me something close to. I haggled and said I won't be in tomorrow nor during the week as I work so I'd like something to be done today. After transferring the lady offered me 8months 50% HD pack with a free box. I asked if there was anything more she could do. After putting me on hold for 30seconds she agreed and gave me the full original deal without the mention of MSE or a code!
There is hope if you didn't get a code!
Just be brave and haggle!
I honestly didn't even put up a fuss! They were all very nice over the phone!0 -
Hi
Is anyone having the same problem.
I managed to get a code at 2pm Thursday and successfully used it shortly afterwards to order sky. I received an email to say order has been received but they need to be in contact for further details which they haven't been.
Online chat told me my order was incomplete so to speak to customer services - they tried to reset my order up but the code wouldn't work - am assuming because I have already used online - she said they had had a lot of problems with the MSE codes. She referred me to online applications (08442 411 686).
Online applications don't even take my details and tell me the systems are down and someone will be in contact however nobody else at Sky seems to know this so it just seems strange. Anyone else having same problem? I had wanted to try and bring installation forward a bit.0 -
MSE offer states
Sky World bundle: £17/mth instead of £34/mth
but Sky World is £55.50
I'm confused ? !0 -
Has anybody got the link to the new customers Sky 50% off. Where I can put my email & postcode in to get my code. This is as I cannot seem to click the link on the page that shows the HD upgrade for existing custmoers. Please help somebody.0
