They really need customer service that you can speak to rather than the poor system they have just now. Had a few problems with them in the past and its a nightmare trying to get things sorted.Wins:

So far never had any trouble myself with Giffgaff. Wife's new SIM was activated last Monday.
I use Giffgaff for the periods we are in the UK and Hits Mobile owned by Telitec SL) when we are in Spain.
Both are a bit different on the admin side but both do top ups that suit us being a couple of months here or there.0 -
About 2 weeks ago they were having issues where £10 goodybags weren't giving you any data! Sort it out!

This shouldn't be ''news'
Its giffgaff, they always lurch from one crisis to the next.

To be fair we have 3 phones with them and this has been the only issue we have had, 2 of the phones are Blackberries which seem to cause issues but I think it's more the user not understanding their phone than actual issues with GG!

I left GG after no end of problems like this, I was with them 6 months and would say I had trouble at least once a month.0

I left GiffGaff 3 months ago, and during this week they took £10 from the card I used to have registered with them.
I have since received a full refund, but no explanation as to why they still have my details, and how they came to use them to defraud me of my money.0 -

If you were refunded , then you were not defrauded .0
