Omg! Will these illnesses ever just bog off?? Miss lily spent all yesterday being sick and has chronic earache today (can't go to dr till 3:30 either
) we are currently cwtched up on the sofa and she is 'thanking' you all on my iPad. (Wave everyone!)
She's very upset with me as I've said that's it, no more school till the new year now. Every time I try to send her back she gets something else, so she's staying home to get over this and build her immune system back up.
She's managed all of 1 crumpet today and has said categorically no to any form of lunchdoubt there will be any change for us this side of heist as as we can't leave the house with her to spend anything! Seriously considering trying to get Mr A to deliver my chicken and veg on Christmas Eve!

Fantastic news, Ruth!! :j I'm so pleased you have peace of mind at last.
Oh I'm definitely looking forward to it, hopefulmoneysaver, I just hope we don't get too much rain first to give folk any flooding problems! Hopefully, it won't be quite so bad as it may appear. We've still folk on the Somerset Levels marooned from last time!!!
Well done, Emily, you keep right on potting regularly!Question: Please tell me I'm not the only person that has almost taken a dive for a 5p shaped piece of old chewing gum??!!??:rotfl:
Oh no, mossy! Many of us have fallen for that one.....and the disappointment of realising it's not one!We finally got the tree up, but had to get a new one. On a good note - got it for fifteen pounds less than it had been, a week ago :j. I think it's because all the sensible people, have their trees up already :eek::eek:. Just tight misers like me that hadn't :rotfl:. However, it wouldn't have been complete, without the big DD's beautifully crafted home-made Angel
(don't laugh LC, it's the trying that counts
).
Ah, bless her, nu1isit?!! :A So, she saved you more cash! A bargain on your tree too...so it paid to be late.
£7 is brilliant, new leaf!!! :j
ooh your hubby really did you proud, Missmarple, though he's obviously scheming.
Well done your lad, LunaLady, haven't been skating for years, but loved it!
Are you feeling properly better now, skilly? Hope so.
Aha! You're hooked, AlTeREgO! What a terrific addiction though.
Oh, not again, jakes-mum! Poor little Lilly, here's a get well soon wave! :hello: If she doesn't want food then she's best off going without, she'll soon let you know when she's hungry, then try her with a banana (always good for an empty sicky timmy, then perhaps a piece of toast......with a HUGE cuddle from Aunty Sue - please xxx
Please folk, take note:
For all those who haven't yet put their numbers on their signatures, please kindly do so. It is a huge help to sparky & I....and you'll then stop sparky from getting angry! You wouldn't like to see him angry...he's just like the Incredible Hulk..who turns into the Incredible BULK!!! :mad::D:mad: Seriously though...please help us to help you - faster!Such wonderful savings and all so early into the year!Sue xAnyone wishing to join, please just ask, you're more than welcome, it's never too late.There may be a lot of us, but don't feel intimidated, we're a lovely lot, so come on in.:grinheartPlease read the 1st post on Page 1 first so you know what's what.Sealed Pot Challenge 001 My Totals = 08 = £163.95 09 = £315.78 10 = £518.80 11 = £481.87 12 = £694.53 13 = £1200.20! 14 = £881 15 = £839.21 16 = £870.48 17 = £871.52 18 = £800.00 19 = £851.022021=£820.26[/SizeGrand Totals of all members (2008 uncounted) 2009 = £32.154.32! 2010 = £37.581.47! 2011 = £42.474.34! 2012 = £49.759.46! 2013 = £50.642.78! 2014 = £61.367.88!! 2015 = £52.852.06! 2016 = £52, 002.40!! 2017 = £50,456.23!! 2018 = £47, 815.88! 2019 = £38.538.37!!!! :j0
