Potted about £4 today including a lovely £2 coin :)

Jakes-mum I'm sorry to hear jakes not doing too well.
I had no idea how bad coeliac could be.
You're so good with words though you explain it so well, it's a pity you can't be a sort of ambassador to get the message through to people cos you're quite right, it's mad that there's all sorts of labelling for vegetarians but not coeliac :(
I hope he's on the mend soon.

Hello all, hugs to Sue, Nell and any others that need a hug. :heart2:

I had no idea that they coated grated cheese with flour, but that does explain why it's sooo rank! I don't buy it but have eaten it occasionally.

Been shopping and have 15p change to pot today. ;)

Also some exciting house news!! :www: We have put an offer on a lovely house and had it accepted!! Everything is in the hands of the estate agents and solicitors now and we are seeing the bank on Monday to continue the mortgage application process now we have found a house. Hopefully the survey won't take long. Everyone is very excited in the Mossy household!! :D
Saving for Disney again, oops why book one Disney holiday when you can book two!

Aww Rosyq, you made me blush then :o though im now in the mood to write to my MP and ask why companies are allowed to not mark things as gluten free/suitable for coeliacs, actually im sure coeliacs UK started a petition some time ago for exactly this, hmm I think I need to have a google  it would make my life (and the life of 1 in every 100 british people) much happier if they did have to label them properly ;) I alway did like a challenge :rotfl:

Yayyyy Mossy, how exciting, first house is the best feeling ever :D I still remember being obsessed with cleaning our first little house (it realy was little, it had no windows on the back it was that small ) though I have to say, im not so houseproud now we are on the 3rd :rotfl:

No pennies today as I didnt venture out due to torrential rain and hail  was so bad DS rang me to tell me he wouldnt be home for a while as he was hiding under a slide in the park with his mate :rotfl: I was very kind and rang him back when it got worse to tell him 'now this is real rain' and hung up laughing :o

I don't know if it's of any use to you jakes-mum, but I received an email from Tesco last night saying that they're going to be 3 for 2 on Free From products due to Coeliac Awareness Week.

    I'm potting £2.42 today :)

jakes-mum, I just had a look and it was actually BzzAgent, not Tesco, that sent me the email.

Share 3-for-2 Coeliac Week deals at Tesco
This year’s Coeliac UK Awareness Week takes place from 13 – 19 May — and focuses on the diagnosis of Coeliac Disease hence the ‘Gut Feeling’ tag. You can find out more at www.coeliac.org.uk. Tesco is supporting this with a great 3 for 2 promotion across the vast majority of it’s Free From range, both own label and branded. Help promote Coeliac UK’s Awareness Week by filling your Facebook friends in on this week’s Free From savings!

So if tomorrow is the beginning of Coeliac awareness week, I'd imagine it starts from tomorrow :)
