Oh beccah, I do feel for you. However, I think that you are a very strong lady (we mums are tigers when we have to be!) and that you will get through all this and come out feeling stronger at the other end. His loss. BIG BIG hugs to you.

My eleven year old is dyspraxic, and it absolutely does not stop him living life to the full in his own inimitable way. He's a star, doesn't feel he's any different to anyone else (ah, the blissful ignorance of childhood) and we've got time ahead to smooth his way into the wider world as he gets older. Our kids are who they are and we love them to bits; wouldn't have them any other way. Just make sure you push for the help you are entitled to.

On a more mundane note, haven't seen much potting action this week as trying to rack up NSDs this month. A few coppers here and there and a few pieces of silver; probably a couple of quid altogether. Still, better in the pot than not, and it all adds up at the end of the day.

Have a good weekend one and all, hope we don't get washed away... :)

Potting one pound and eleven lovely pennies today.

Uni assignment was submitted at about 7.30am!!! next one not due til mid May, but will start early as not going through that again at the last minute. Lesson well and truly learnt.

Anyway folks - hope you all have a smashing weekend and the weather is not too harsh. I may not get back on here til Monday but will keep potting and let you know how I get on. Am absolutely loving this thread - many thanks. x

How did the scan go, ETO? I hope no one put their foot in it and told you the sex!

Hi Sue, the scan was amazing, we have pictures, more pictures on disc and a DVD, although the little monkey wouldn't wake up so unfortunately the DVD isn't too exciting for others o watch. I still love it though. :D. Baby smiled and stuck its tongue out at one point too.

    Thanks for asking.

Beccah - really sorry to hear what you are going through and that things don't seem to be getting easier at the mo. I'm sure things will improve for you soon. Thinking of you. Sending you hugs. xxxx

    Ps nothing potted. :(

Just popping my head in very briefly as I'm a very busy bee! Was only going to pot 2p, but then I noticed I had a very shiny 10p from 2012 in my purse and I don't want to spend it (yet!) so I figured I'd pot that too :D
