well my much anticipated roadkill hunt had the kaibosh put on it as my tummy decided today would be the day it would revolt against me and play up :(

Only just got through the doctors appointment (where he very kindly told me he thinks its IBS *rolls eyes*) and has given me 'tablets for stopping me going when it happens' which is not really what I want  I want to stop the bad tummies from starting in the first place! :(

So No roadkill for me, no onesie for DS for tomorrows red nose day (as they've kindly declared a onesie day to raise money . . not so great for those of us that dont own one!) did manage PO but they had no roadkill at all for me :(

Did make £10 off FB though which has gone in the pot so not a bad end to the day

Aww jakes-mum that's not what you want to hear is it :(
I've had ibs for years and its fairly well controlled now but it took ages and lots of trial & error to work out which foods set me off and which meds work. I know you already have a lot of things you can't eat so this may not help, but you could try cutting out acid things (citrus, vinegar) also alcohol is a common trigger. Also for some people with ibs they need lots of fibre but some of us like me that makes it much worse so the 5-a-day thing doesn't work and we need to get fibre from other sources e.g. oats. Sorry I can't be more helpful but there's one good thing, if your doc has decided it's ibs that's cos he/she has done all the tests and eliminated all the nasties so there's only ibs left!
Hope you feel better soon, you & family could really do with some good luck couldn't you.

Oops back on topic, have potted a magnifique 15p :)

I had to go to the bank yesterday to get a bag full of change for DD to take to school for Comic Relief (they make a coin carpet in exchange for a red mufti day).....this is the only downside to potting any change that dares to hang around lol!! :D
Saving for Disney again, oops why book one Disney holiday when you can book two!
