In answer to your question bedsit bob, I probably only pot twice a week. I only go to the supermarket once a week (otherwise small trips lead to me overspending), and I pot my change from that. I pay myself an allowance each Saturday, so I pot any leftovers from the previous weeks money when I get my new allowance (if that makes sense).

12p road change, daily £3 potted along with some extra change for the sealed pot, plus a shiny £2 coin & a 50p for the New York 2014 spending fund.

The temperature is dropping here, make sure you wrap up well if you're going out tonight.

So sorry to hear about your dear Mum, wiggysgirl, your dear Dad too, Cinders, my dear Mum had Alzheimers too and also died 8 years ago. A horrible disease that takes our loved ones away long before they go in the real context of the meaning.
