10p potted today.
I had a question for Nu1isit? Will you be making another sealed pot this year? I look forward to seeing Mr Tumble the 2nd
Ooh also a question for Sue. What is the significance of the stars that you give?
All the best

I'm in again, still need to declare this years total but as I've moved house this weekend not had chance to tot it up as coins have been paid in to both my bank accounts. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

You're most welcome to join in the fun, Emsa77 and bossymoo! It's lovely to have you with us.
Have fun saving. You'll find your number at the bottom of the list on post 5 of page 1. Please read through post 1 as it'll let you know exactly what to do with the challenge.
* Please pop your number on your sig, it helps a lot.
Very well saved, out of debt at last.mommyof4 wrote:Wont be potting much this side of Christmas though, everything is so expensive now don't you think? Roadkill is extremely rare around here too lol.
Don't worry, mommyof4, with 4 kiddies, you'd have job on. Things are very expensive now, but then everything's going up at alarming rates. You're right about the roadkill too, we barely see any! sparky did say earlier though that the dark nights aren't helping. Be extremely vigilant from spring on! It'll be a while, but.......
Yes! Go on, nu1isit?, you ask...after you've picked your moment of course. :grinheart Be sure to remind her that's it for her and the kiddies next year - sweet talk - that's the key.
It's extremely addictive, slowlyfading, you've been warned, but in a good way.
Glad you had a good day, Rosy, though you give a man a £1 and he gives you 2p?????!! You're slipping, but you can start a list of 'you owe me's' - quick! 2p in the mud, well done!
Nice to see your pics, 166million, a bit on the teeny side, but all visible. Try a size bigger, it usually takes it alright even when it says it was unsuccessful.Elle1267 wrote:I had a question for Nu1isit? Will you be making another sealed pot this year? I look forward to seeing Mr Tumble the 2nd

To answer you, Elle, I'm sure nu1isit? will find another Mr Tumble, especially as the 1st seemed to haunt some members.
The stars came about when certain begging members relentlessly begged for them, so now they have to earn them with very nice welcomes. Though any sarcasm in them just won't be tolerated!
They're not handed out all the time though. So now you know what to do to merit one. :A
Hiya scuba. Good to hear the move is over, especially before Christmas. I'd be grateful of your Total as soon as you can. Thanks.
Thanks a lot, gien, for the CHF meaning as well. I'd forgotten you were in Switzerland.Sue xAnyone wishing to join, please just ask, you're more than welcome, it's never too late.There may be a lot of us, but don't feel intimidated, we're a lovely lot, so come on in.:grinheartPlease read the 1st post on Page 1 first so you know what's what.Sealed Pot Challenge 001 My Totals = 08 = £163.95 09 = £315.78 10 = £518.80 11 = £481.87 12 = £694.53 13 = £1200.20! 14 = £881 15 = £839.21 16 = £870.48 17 = £871.52 18 = £800.00 19 = £851.022021=£820.26[/SizeGrand Totals of all members (2008 uncounted) 2009 = £32.154.32! 2010 = £37.581.47! 2011 = £42.474.34! 2012 = £49.759.46! 2013 = £50.642.78! 2014 = £61.367.88!! 2015 = £52.852.06! 2016 = £52, 002.40!! 2017 = £50,456.23!! 2018 = £47, 815.88! 2019 = £38.538.37!!!! :j0 -
Well that weekend went in a flash! ... but strangely looking forward to work tomorrow as I know I have a stash of coins (albeit coppers) in the top drawer of my desk, just waiting to be re-homed :rotfl:
I potted 66 today (laptop bag) and I am going to chuck in an extra pound from my purse as I didn't pay to get into local craft fair ... mum did
This is so addictive :T.0 -
Potted £1 tonight.
Went to Primarni today and my bill was £41.50, so I gave the girl 40 £1 coins and some change. She laughed when I said that has made my bag a lot lighter.;)

Morning all! Monday again... *rolls eyes*
So I did some lovely potting last night - one shiny £2 and two shiny £1s did the clinky clunky dance and have now taken up happy residence with the other shiny things (hope they like it cos they're not gonna see the light of day til November next year!) How is everyone else doing? Lots of clinking and clunking going on I hope! And now I'm on the lookout for shiny roadkill on my way to work (Sparky doesn't take this route, does he...?)
Happy Monday and happy potting, potters!xxx
