  • :hello:Had a quiet week with DS2, DD1 and DD2 off school with flu! In a fit of enthusiasm and desperate to start my challenge off well, I've resorted to raiding the bedside cabinet, sofas and every nook and crany in the house!! Result was I found £4.79. Hooray :j.

Found 9p change from DH spend on fruit and veg, and 20p from DS1's bacon sandwich at school yesterday. Added that to the pot. It's looking good. I've started dreaming about what to do when I fill the pot.....

Aww sweet Sue I think handing out all those lovely new members their SPC6 numbers has confuddled you!! Re above: It was hopefulmoneysaver not me which might be why you were getting so confused!! :rotfl: :D :rotfl:

Oh heck, never mind, mossy, by the time she reads this she too will have forgotten what the topic was, blowed if I do.

What's the crochet project, curly? I promised myself I'd do mine before long (only a blanket), but longing to get to grips with it. Hope the cold doesn't last too long.

You're learning fast, galaxynicole! Lucky you having a little treasure that age, though sounds like she's soon going to be telling on you for being on the PC too long! :rotfl:

Super saving, Helen!! Lovely to have you back and perkier. :grinheart

  • Hi to all my fellow mwmbers of SPC6!!
I am a new member and I am looking forrward to this challenge. I have 2 terramunda pots. One is for £2 coins and the other for £1 coins. They are getting heavy. Now I do not honestly know where I am with these pots, however I can roughly guess about £20 in each. I am not going to be counting as I would like it to be a surprise!

To everyone: Happy saving!! Keep your eyes peeled for any loose change on floors like I do. Found 6p last week.....I'm 6p better off, straight into the holding tin for me.

My target is £1500. Let's see how we do!

    Happy saving people xx
