Absolutely Mini Zoo!! Welcome to the gang! :wave: It sounds like you've already read the first post on page one and have your pot ready, well almost!!Very thrifty!!
If you have any questions just ask, we are all very friendly, although some are a little crazy!!
Sue will be along soon to give you a Sealed Pot Challenge number, this will be yours for keepers so pop it on your signature when you get it as it helps Sparky (the main man when it comes to spc numbers) when he's working out how much we've saved during the challenge.
You've probably seen that some people keep a track of how much they save and some people post on here to say how much they've potted but then forget about it until we get to open our pots later in the year.
When you have time it really helps to pop on here to say hello, it really helps to keep you motivated and potting.Saving for Disney again, oops why book one Disney holiday when you can book two!:starmod: Emergency Fund Savings - #148 - £10/£1000 1% :starmod::xmastree:#083 SPC6 £63 - SPC7 £90 - SPC8 £63 - SPC9 £54 - SPC10 £26 - SPC12 £70 :xmastree:0 -

Evening all! I hope everyone who is ill or a bit down feels a bit better tomorrow, it's a rubbish time of year when summer seems so far away.
Popping in to report 29p in the pot, 9p from shopping and 20p from OH's wallet. Told him it was lonely so it should go in the pot!
Keep going everyone!

Evening all
Just popped in to say I had an nsd so haven't managed to pot anything today, I think Patrick's starting to feel neglected.
And to say I hope Lily is on the mend soon, she's had a run of bad luck hasn't she so it must be her turn to feel better soon.
And to say I hope those that are feeling a bit down start to feel better soon too, and I agree a walk always helps if you can make yourself get out & active. That's why I try to walk to work most days especially now I've given up the gym.
Sorry I'm rambling now, night night all

A very warm welcome, Mini Zoo, it's lovely to have you with us.
Enjoy yourself saving. You'll find your number at the bottom of the list on post 5 of page 1. Please read through post 1 as it'll let you know exactly what to do with the challenge.
*Please pop your numbers on your sigs, it helps so very much.Whenever I feel it coming on I try to do a bit of exercise in the fresh air, not hours and hours just a brisk 5/10 minute walk outside for a few days (maybe a brisk road kill hunt!!). It really makes a difference for me and is normally just the boost I need to help stop me from getting in to a funk!! :eek:
Splendid advice, mossy!! That's just what's best to do and helps release the endorphins to make us all feel so much better. Take note, Helen!Summerdaze29 wrote: »Having it all in a terimundi (sp?) is working great, I feel that I may actually achieve some sort of saving this way! So glad I found this site
