Eltee, many apologies but I forgot to pop your Target on, all done now though. All the best in achieving it.

keza123, the kiddies will love it when they do find some, bet it's a mad dash to see who nabs it first too.

I thought I'd try a little "frisking" today. Heard the sound of coins rattling in the pocket and dived it to raid. The Guy started screaming and the security guards escorted me out of Sainsbury's!! :(

Just kidding ................................... no security guards ..................... the Guy really enjoyed it. :D

    I really am kidding. :o:o

:rotfl: Oh dear, Lynsey, you had me in stitches earlier with that though I then forgot to quote it. Thanks so much for a really good giggle.

Evening Potters:) £1.40p in the piggy today. No pavement pennies as I have been incapacitated with a slipped disc:( I have done it before and no doubt will do it again -I have a very weak back due to a problem with my joints. Went for a short trip in the car today to the supermarket, the 1st since 29th December! At least the trolley held me up:D On the upside DH usually cooks for me when I am like this, so that I don't have to stand for too long.
    Happing potting everyone:)

ooooh, elizabunny, that sounds terribly painful and certainly very debilitating. You really do have my sympathy and I hope you're soon feeling a lot better, for now at least. Well done your hubbywith the cooking, bless him. x

Still abstaining but gaining as a result then, gien...and February, March, April......! ;)

Ahh good to hear from you, tatabubbly. Best wishes with moving!

You're doing really well, rchlbentley. A lot to look forward to come November. :D
Sleep well, potters, and carry on frisking and pavement sweeping tomorrow!

Home from work, spending the night here for the first time since mid December which feels quite strange but does mean I've had the pleasure of popping a surprising amount of small change in to my bottle and a small amount in to the work tin, plus 2 £2 coins in to the new sealed tin. :D

    Morning folks!

In my attempt to get organised I am writing everything down in my diary which includes how much money is going in my pot - only 38p yesterday.

The kids are under orders to pick up any roadkill they see. Explaining this to them was funny and apparently my youngest explaining to her friend was even funnier!

Well took Miss Lily to the docs this morning and shes been told no school today :( Dr thinks the infection has gone and her bladder is just irritated, but cant give her the anti irritant stuff till we do another dip test to make sure and of course the child that has to go every 30 minutes for the last 4 days can't go! :rotfl: sooooo im spending alot of time in the loo with her this morning, shes finding it all quite funny ;)

Downside is that if the dip test comes back positive then its another longer course of antibiotics and more time off school :( so fingers firmly crossed that its all fine and she can go back tomorrow as she is NOT happy with ME that she cant go (like im the one that said she couldnt go  but the Dr is a lovely lady so she cant be the bad guy can she ;))
