Well, the awfulness at getting up at 6.30 was offset by the joy of waving the kids off to school this morning! Have been walking around eyes down all day but no roadkill, obviously we are all far too careful around here!

Potted £1. Diet starts today (groan) but will be worth the effort once summer comes!

A gigantic 16 x £2 coins in the pot today   3 I already had and just hadnt got round to potting, 3 from the post office today (who rudely had no roadkill for me :() and 10 from DS who had to raid his 'savings' to go to the cinema with his friends ;) I think I might suggest saving a smaller denomination from now on, £2's was a bit ambitious for an 11 year old

Isn't that always the way with kiddies, LC 2, though maybe it'd because the Christmas pressies are expected, but the ones today were a surprise.

    A wonderful beginning, Summerdaze!! :j

I am nesting Sue! Day off today so more nesting :)OH gave me a Euromillions ticket last night and said it was a winner with about £3 on it. It was actually £11.40. Think I may keep quiet about that lol. Potted the £1.40. Have a good day everyone xx

All members of SPC would agree with that, Nicky, a must do for sure!

Sorry to hear you're poorly, Ruth, take care of yourself and hope you get well soon. All the best with the weight-loss.
I managed to put £1.91 in the pot this weekend (including 5p road kill!). Trying to have as many NSD's as possible so it's slow and steady this year with regards to the sealed pot!

A win win situation whichever way you view it, ruby_eskimo, I have 6 NSDs myself so you're not alone.

I was in SPC3 and would like to rejoin you all. I've pennies and tuppences all over the house so am going to get it all together and revive my coffee-jar 'piggy bank'. would like my goal to be £50 - not a huge amount but better than a poke in the eye.

Hello again, Eltee!! So good to see you back with us, though you never need to re-join, I transfer everyone each year. BTW, don't know if you realise your No is on your siggy.

Oh StressedSteph, that really is awful of your DH! :( Nowt else for it......frisk the b$gger!!!!

Good on yer, jakes-mum, a nice haul indeed, how's our Lilly??
