6 pence potted last night... woot!!!
  • jakes-mum, so very sorry about Miss Lily. I hope the test comes back negative and that she will soon be back to her old self. Big hug from me to her.

No potting for me today, but lady who used my parking bay last year asked whether she can use it for January as well so another £100 will be going into the pot soon. Every little helps!:D

    Keep potting,

  • OH went to gym and came back with £5 for the pot (he suggested to put it in again :D) Now we're both on a diet and every pound we loose we have to put £1 in a "weight loss pot" so i was wondering if that's allowed in the total of my Sealed pot?

Hope Miss Lily feels better soon....It's horrible when Children feel ill cause you can't really explain it to them properly and they don't get why they can't go to school...so let's hope she is on the mend soon....

The kids are under orders to pick up any roadkill they see. Explaining this to them was funny and apparently my youngest explaining to her friend was even funnier!

oooh, would love to have been a fly on the wall then, Wyre, bless em. :A

Hiya scuba, lovely to see you back...and with money saved!
Found a money safe whilst cleaning up, OH!! suggested that i put it on the pot (DOES THAT MEAN HE'S IN IT WITH ME?!)

Of course it does "Well that's what you led me to believe, my treasure." See, perfect line for you to spin! :rotfl:Aside from that..he does want to go to France with you..doesn't he! :D

That's perfectly ok, HMS, a wonderful idea too!

Another big hug for Lilly, please jakes-mum, I hope the test's negative, keep flushing her through, brilliant for any bladder problems and at least then they're going for real which helps.

    Well done you, Emily!!

    You're doing wonderfully, Summerdaze!!

    Eltee12, I see you've come back fighting!! :D

Aww poor Miss Lily, I'm sending you a big wave :wave::wave::wave::wave::wave::wave: just in case you are doing the 'thanking' for mummy!! :) I hope you feel better soon.

Sorry you're feeling a bit low Helen. I understand how you feel, my life's moto is, what doesn't kill you makes you stronger!! ;) Hang in there and keep yourself occupied with your challenges. Whenever I feel it coming on I try to do a bit of exercise in the fresh air, not hours and hours just a brisk 5/10 minute walk outside for a few days (maybe a brisk road kill hunt!! :D). It really makes a difference for me and is normally just the boost I need to help stop me from getting in to a funk!! :D

No potting here...I know...how rude!! :naughty::D No point frisking as the old boy has less cash than I do!! :rotfl:

  • Got another 30p in the pot!

Usually by now I would have spent all this change on mags & milkshake...(strawberry, my weakness!)
Having it all in a terimundi (sp?) is working great, I feel that I may actually achieve some sort of saving this way! So glad I found this site :)
