Hi all, having a NSD today so potted £1 as a reward! Have noticed that husband is no longer leaving his change on the kitchen counter. Is this a common problem once obsessive potting takes hold?:D

A very warm welcome, shinner, it's lovely to have you with us. biggrin.gif Enjoy yourself saving, the banter on the thread also.. You'll find your number at the bottom of the list on post 5 of page 1. Please read through post 1 as it'll let you know exactly what to do with the challenge.

*Please pop your numbers on your sigs, it helps so very much.

That's me happy now, a lovely 3 mile walk, then lunch, I'm well chuffed. :D No roadkill though, but can't have it all.

Thank goodness you're back and well, LC 2!! I was starting to get concerned that your DH was playing up again...though having the 3 DGkiddies with you tells me a lot...lucky you! ;) Didn't we ALL do so well with that Grand Total eh!! :grinheart

Good to see you again! :)

£5 added that I found in OHs trousers again, I like this ;)

cyclura - that is disgraceful behaviour!! Keep it up!!!! :rotfl:
Sue-UU I'm sorry :rotfl:, That was a bit cheeky wasn't it :D, I'll try an be on my best behavior from now on

Huh! Now we know darn well that'll never happen, don't we, HMS! ;)
My husband is an outdoor street cleaner so often brings a a few coins home everyday - and occasionally a few notes but not very often.

Ok so have i done this right please. Just popped to town and managed to grab a free parking space (on road) usually i pay 50p in the parking bays so i have potted the 50p is that right??

Aha, a new rule today, rchbentley, all street cleaning catches HAVE to be shared between us all - got it?! What's that - you don't believe me? Oh [STRIKE]b**ger [/STRIKE]bother! Worth a try. :(:p That's right with the rest, if you've saved on anything - pot the savings - after all you'd normally have forked out so take advantage!

Good to hear it, Lynsey...whatever makes you happy and motivates you - do it!

Enjoy the jingly sound for now, Savingforsomeday, as it fills up it'll be more of a clunk or thud...lovely all the same. :D

Excellent, Barbeduk, you're picking it up very well.

It's happened here, OH took to leaving change on his desk, the hall table AND the kitchen counters, so i quickly whipped them up, now he doesn't leave them anywhere :( I have to root through pockets now (I Frisked him this morning!! Got lots of change :D) which is an even bigger and better adventure!!!

Potted 30p today, change from a little bit of shopping. ;)

Hope you feel better soon Saver88 and anyone else whose feeling poorly. I've got a bit of a headache, probably from being tired due to DH's snoring last night!! Might go and have a cheeky lie down!! ;)
