Fantastic total for last year, let's see if we can beat it this year.
Just been out with the dogs, bloomin' roadsweepers must have sucked up any roadkill. Makes me want to cry when I think of all the coins rattling round in those machines instead of being safe and sound in our pots.
I've had nothing to pot for ages, mainly because I haven't been shopping. Haven't spent at all this year!:rotfl:
Welcome, welcome, welcome to all our new potty friends.S.P.C. 9 2016 No. 062 Banked £337.50

Hello to all potters old and new. Hope everyone had a good Christmas and New Year.
£4.60 change fed to the pot today. It's still got a hungry empty sound to it though. Unfortunately no-one in my house leaves money lying around - they learned too quick for my likingSPC # 330 -
A very warm welcome, pacifica9, it's lovely to have you with us.

Lots of happy chappies eh!!!Afternoon all, banked £24 today from holding pot. found 1p on stairs & 5p in Asda's door way people were just walking over it but not me bent over to pickup stoping all Traffic both ways with my big bum then people look at you to see what you have picked up lol.
Oh what a brilliant tale, skilly, I could picture that so well!!! :rotfl:Perhaps people thought you were clearing up after a fouling dog!! When you say you've banked £24 (fantastic!!) do you mean from banked it from your SP or put it in your SP from your HP?? Thanks for having me! I've since emptied all the other 1p and 2ps from random unsealed pots into the new #1962. There were even a few shiny 5ps so I'm on my way.“Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while you could miss it.” ~ Ferris Bueller0
