Hi Jojo, Remember you call is nothing to worry about, its just for the OR to get a feel why you went BR. Before the call just look through your 6.28/SOA so your familiar with what you have said. The OR will just go through your 6.28/SOA with you. Also before the call have a big mug of tea ready or a bottle of water, and while they are writing things down you can have sips of tea/water, so you don't feel you have to fill in the pauses. And if you don’t know the answer to a question just say so. Do have a list with all questions ‘you’ want to ask. Can last anything from half an hour to an hour and a half.

  • I was ready with my cup of coffee, for my telephone interview with OR#1 on 14 Jan. At 1 minute past the appointed time the telephone rang; it was a different OR ringing to apologise and postpone the appointment because OR#1 was ill. I would be contacted in the next 2 or 3 days witha rearranged appointment.
I had still heard nothing by yesterday so emailed my OR who replied that my case was now with OR#2 and he would probably contact me next week to arrange an appointment.
I am a little worried now because they have passed my case on and needed all this extra time too (to dig about?).

Anyway, that is where I am at the moment.
I have gained from advice as well as bargains here, so if I can help in any way, I am only too pleased to do so and appreciate your thanks.

I wouldn't worry it maybe the OR dealing with is off ill, for a long period and the other 'OR' is just getting up to speed with your case and probably many other peoples cases too.......you'll be fine.
