    Give the OR a ring and tell her you have a life insurance policy & ask what happens with it. I am unsure of this process.

    Thanks for the welcome. Just an update: The OR telephoned on monday, said they did not have all the details from the court so could they just go over some of the details? Said it would take 10 mins.
    Basically had me repeat all my bank account details etc from my copy of my statement of Affairs. Seemed nice enough. Said someone would make contact towards end of the week or in the new year to go over in more detail.
    I have gained from advice as well as bargains here, so if I can help in any way, I am only too pleased to do so and appreciate your thanks.
