  • I cleaned the kitchen surfaces, put a pot of homemade soup on to cook, hoovered downstairs and polished all the surfaces.

No washing today as I do it every other day and I finished a big load of washing last night.:T

I need to go and have a shower and get dressed. Not even dressed yet! Shameful. I have to take the dog out for a walk and hopefully my soup will be ready for me when I get back.:)

    Hi all.

Firstly, please excuse any typos, paws are specially carp today - now have a swelling on my left wrist.

Bossy Thanks for letting us see the Little Moos; they look so angelic - and this is from someone who is totally not "into" children, so you know it's meant exactly as I've said it!:o

I've been on the op waiting list since I was 13 (as I reminded my doctor some years ago!) and as I'm now even older than wot Lamewolf said she was (ducks as a pair of shoes come flying at my head!!!!) does anyone think I should pack my bag ready soon?
    Damn! I missed with the shoes cos I can't throw properly. I know:idea: - I'll send Dylan to bite yer bum!:D:D:D

Won't be about today, I'm visiting my sister in Northampton. Anyone need waving at as I tootle down the M1?
Wish I'd seen this earlier - I'd have asked for a wave (Northampton's spitting distance from here - if you can spit all the way up the A508):D
    LW - how are you?
Plodding on, m'dear, plodding on. Doing as much as I can one-handed, but we're getting there.:o Still flaring - got the start of 2 mouth ulcers now, and a ton of hair fell out when Mr LW washed it for me last night, but hey ho. I'm trying hard to apply my Mensa IQ to working out ways to do the tasks that need doing in ways that won't hurt me and won't dump more work onto Mr LW. Currently considering tying a duster to Dylan's tail.:D Actually, that would probably have worked with Jessie!:rotfl:

BM is currently on; and the Chinese Laundry has gone; all dry and in the airing cupboard now.;) Pasta in cheese sauce for dins tonight - I've already prepped the cheese, onion and tomato to go in it - as I need to do something quick and easy as Mr LW's pal is visiting him tonight.:o I have the requisite "A"-juice (ie 2 bottles of premium cider for the "lads" to drink) in the fridge.:D
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)

I need to come back to you guys, I can't cope without you and I am a complete lazy moo now. I know we have a cleaner but that seems to be my excuse and I whizz round tidying my carp the night before she gets here. I need to get organised again so here I am, please be gentle with me :o

Been really under the weather for the last week so going to start slowly and aim for 10 minutes of something then sit for 10 minutes. I will be on my own list for the rest of this week as I have things I need to do, if I get them done then I may take a peek at the lists.

    Today's jobs

Tidy round upstairs and put everything in proper places
    Ironing
    Check present ideas for everyone
    Teach at 3.30
Finish tumble drying towels and put away

    Tomorrow's jobs

Tidy round downstairs and put everything in proper places
Change and wash sheets and remake bed
    Check food inventory
    Meal plan for weekend
    Food shopping

    Weekend

    Make Christmas biscuits
Order all online Christmas presents and decide where to go for others
    Washing
    Ironing with DHs help

Think that is it for now. Off to iron for 10 minutes

    Buy snow shovel at weekend[/COLOR]

my one in the shed is too heavy for me to manoeuvre in my *ahem* all out front situation - went into Mr T this morning, picked up a light weight plastic one with nice wide shovel - price £4 - now in the porch with salt.

    HTH macpep!
The cold never bothered me anyway

    Helen

Helen, I would LOVE some sleep, but I can't shift cold/flu/cough before the next one starts.
I knew of his thread a few month ago but knew I needed to get my butt into gear to get sorted before fly-baby makes appearance.

Got Carpel with DS very early, and EVERYTHING started to soften up way too early, I had my pelvis start to separate and had to wear a belly brace and be on crutches for several months before the birth.....this time I am a lot further on, so I am hoping pain to be in terms of weeks, not months :(

I de-frogged the splints about a year ago, but the belly brace is now in the study in a handy place, just in case.......so I might see if it is the right size bump is currently 50":eek::eek:, but with DS it was 56" at 36 weeks when he was born :eek::eek:, so there is a good chance it will fit me now :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

All healing vibes very much welcomed :A:A:A and I hope to fly in a bit when DS goes down for a nap
The cold never bothered me anyway

Nice to see some of you are hard at the flying. DS3 and I are still in bed, we've watched Up, have Nemo on now. We've had two naps and I've read a magazine. AF is keeping me company.

Well I am sneaking back in if I am allowed :o, this week is a bit weird and wonderful as Monday and Tuesday were wiped out with medical appointments and Wednesday in recovering from the afore mentioned appointments , but I have done a little "put stuff in the right place" and a raft of phone calls, emails and sorting whilst sat :p
