  • Bossymoo - I could not get on yesterday - lots of love to you and and moos, I hope some of the love from everyone works its way to you. You have been so amazingly strong, a credit to your children. I hope you find some peace of mind. Take care.

Honeybear - yes i posted on here about council tax i didn't owe, plus court costs, it soon got resolved when i said i had posted it on a website. Heres hoping you get your money back soon with compensation.

    Rowan Tree
Im sure your dad never saw you as a naughty, just a normal kid and was very proud of you. My brother died 32 years ago and ive never gotten over it - he was 18. I suppose we should treat everyone with respect all the time, as we dont know whats round the corner, but thats not how life is.

Lamewolf - you cant get any better than someone you love, so your oh is doing just great - glad your feeling more yourself now.

As far as flying goes, have not done any in 2 days. Monday done, my bedroom is done, but will go round the skirting board and running off to catch up. Have a nice day everyone.

They have repaid the original amount they owed me, so as I said originally I am going to remove the company name from my posts. If anyone else has used the name, it's up the them if they want to edit their posts or not.

The matter is not closed, but at least I have my money back. Thanks everyone for your help.

My O.h. and I had a similar experience years ago with DWP, they entered account number wrong,Got back all bank charges, BUT it wasn`t until several years later we found it had affected our credit rating as some S.O. had been refused.

The lipstick is beyond salvage. Like you say it was my pricey Ben£fit fave one. My bag has seen better days but was not ready for the bin yet. I've dug out another one (no leather on this one!)

Going do HH tidying in my bedroom before work.

Oh well, seems to me like a bit of retail therapy is in order to console yourself, and if it has added "benefits" so be it :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Well flyladies and flygents, de-cluttering the pillows I borrowed from DD2 room MAY have helped as I slept 4 hours in one stretch, or it could be I was so exhausted I didn't have the strength to cough - although I am making up for it this morning.:(
    -
Before I de-cluttered DS to nursery, I picked and put away a few bits, can't tell you exactly what I did, but all I can say is that it is getting easier to see when things are out of place now. I did [STRIKE]take[/STRIKE] FLING washing downstairs and down by the back door to go out to the Utility later - I am going to try to make sure all WM/TD and DW get done on the cheap electric in future, unless stuff needs to be stain treated first - so I need get sorting clothes in good daylight ( chance would be a fine thing) for any fat splatter marks etc that will not come out first time in the wash even using the good powder and boosters.

When to sort out the Froggy Poll tax thing from the week before last, as last time I went there was a sign saying opening hours 9-1, so I thought while car was out I would go down and sort it out.

The Cash Office is now shut completely, and the little side office is now open 9-1 for bobby basic things - but while there I decluttered THEM of a green recycling box, as the kind lady my EX bought the house from took her recycling box, every light bulb, and every door handle she could work out how to remove with her :mad::mad:, so I have been using a trolley box with wheels, which I can now use again for something else :):):)

So at some point I will need to write a letter and post all the stuff instead - so I will have to get on with that later

Popped into C0-0p while I was there, got a few bits and bobs for the kids, set my timer when I came in and wrapped them up - I have learned the hard way from years gone by not to put name tags on presents as DD1 & DD2 would sneakily unwrap one end and peek inside to see what they were to be given, then cellotape it back up .....then would start all the not so subtle hints :mad::mad:

All bits and bobs (there are no BIG presents this year) are wrapped in identical paper with no tags and colour coded with rubber bands - yellow for DS as its his favourite, blue for DD2 as its the colour of her hair, green for DD3 as its the colour of her room, and red for DD1 as her favourite colour is purple and her room is brown - as red is the closest colour between them :D:D:D - at a glance I can separate the piles and see who has what, then put them all back in the box in the cupboard for nearer the time :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Fed my tummy, had a good lurk on here, now going to spend a quick 15 mins doing an inventory of water bottles and stuff, and may divert via the 99p store on the way back from nursery to pick up any shortfall - then I will stop faffing about and make a proper start on today's list :o
