I have now, finally, a week late, had the explanation of why the money has not, after all, been repaid. I still don't have the money, but it's a start. I've told the company that the posts will stay on the thread, naming them, until I have the money back in the account, because I can no longer trust them to keep their word.

It's amazing how powerful the MSE website is, isn't it? I heart MSE and Flyladies!

    Hi all.

I have a HM purple candle allocated for later on - and a (((HUG))) for Bossy and the little moos also. We shall be thinking about Ro, Colin, Dave, Doug, Mr LW's Mum and Dad; and I hope people won't think I'm belittling this if I include the canine friends I've known who are no longer here - anyone who knows me well knows that they mean every bit as much as my human friends.

Awww, bless her - I'm ter-twiddly-umpty-two, and I find "outside" too bewildering, too!:rotfl:

    Thanks for the support everyone.

I sent them the link and told them that unless I heard from them, having ignored my email yesterday, if anyone said yes, I would name them. So here it is.

    It was Bissell.
*Makes mental note to NEVER have any dealings with Bissell* There's NO excuse for not replying promptly to your email.

I shall attempt to dust the lounge - round the ornaments, as I don't think I dare lift any for fear of dropping them.:( I can't get away from the feeling that Mr LW deserves a much better wife than I am; this stupid thing impacts on everything; including areas of life I have a very hard time talking about; I'm having a hard time, I have to be honest - if anyone could throw a few "acceptance-of-situation" vibes my way, I'm certain it'd help.:o
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)

Try this link for the MSE thread for exactly this problem.

I'd suggest the bicarbonate of soda, vinegar and boiling water method. It works on slow draining plugholes in this house, and if your problem is gunged up hair and soapy residue, between them they should clear it.

    @ RevolvingDoor:
Bicarbonate of soda down the drain, add vinegar.

    LameWolf: Jedi hugs.

Only on Old Style would those 2 sentences occur in the same paragraph:rotfl:
