I went overdrawn last week because for some reason a company I bought something from on line took 10 payments out of the account for 1 transaction. They told me they'd repaid it, but as of yesterday - they hadn't. I've reported them to Trading Standards and sent them a Recorded Delivery letter, but in the meantime, I'm still out of pocket by over £900, which is why I'm in the red.

Is there anyone out there that would like me to name them so I can send the company a link to show that customers do still have some power?

That is awful, who are they?

Treating myself to some hot lemonade next

Have done Nothing so far today.

Right, floor cleared and hoovered, toys boxed up ready to sort with DD, I also hoovered the main bedroom, and that bed was stripped on the weekend, so some bits done off the list as well.............off to work now and then I'll get on with doing the rest of the dailies...............

    Thanks for the support everyone.

I sent them the link and told them that unless I heard from them, having ignored my email yesterday, if anyone said yes, I would name them. So here it is.

    It was ******.
