HD, on the theme of schools I would strongly advise that you contact the school and ensure that they have your details listed correctly on the system and state you want a copy of all correspondance (reports, newsletters, etc) posted to your address. You have the right to ask for this and it is easier to do it now before any legal proceedings start. It also proves to any third party that you are serious about being involved in her upbringing.

Fantastic advice again Mr B - I have lurked on your thread and am aware that you are another extremely hands on dad and will, I am sure, be a valuable ally to HD - most of us on here seem to be women lol

Its weird but my brain is just not working tonight I still have so much to say but cannot find the correct wording to put on the computer. Today was supposed to be a day off for me but managed to keep 10 hours overtime and to be honest I am glad its kept me so busy and mind occupied, what I am finding at the moment at my parents is I have a home that oooozes Emma I am coming across so many different things in the home that is pleasing but distressing, I live literally minutes away from Emma its Hard knowing your child is the next street down its crazy but as the days pass I am gathering what I feel is a strong case to get to see Emma again and I know it will happen whatever the case if its full time care or weekend access I will and have always shown great character I know I will not be denied its frustrating that what it boils down to is someone that seems to make problems for the sake of making trouble. Documentation I am writing daily getting ready for my solicitors appointment and I am going to take it to court, Tomorrow is going to be an interesting day as I am going to have to ring ex to see if I have Emma on Monday, Monday is my parents day as part of a court ruling 'Grandparent' rights I wonder what will happen my mum has said I may be poorly but I ill fight her all the way to see my grandchild.



Finally I want to show you this photo I done of me and emma and it has a great meaning to me although I walk on liifes path with you Emma and shadows are around me we will walk lifes path hand in hand walking to lifes bigger and brighter lights

Tonight I am probably at my lowest now but I believe you have to hit that rock bottom peak before you can recover and gather pace, Tonight it is official that I have now lost full contact with my daughter as the ex has said she will not let my mum have her access time Through Grandparents rights>. So Tomorrow its my day off and first thing in the Morning I am down the solicitors to give an update But also to start another process My mum taking ex back to court.

I am so pleased that you have a firm support network in place, HD, it really will help you get through this difficult time in your life. Your positive and optimistic outlook really will stand you in good stead. Mr Dot became very embittered throughout the whole process and this impacted so negatively on our life, so if you can, please try to avoid this at all costs.
