In a way its really strange how I am feeling tonight, Tomorrow I will get my chance to speak to my solicitor, after nine years and what and how I feel like what has been taken away from me I have to do something I cant cope not seeing my daughter its killing me unfortunately my mother cannot get into see a solicitor until after April 1 when you have to fit certain criteria to receive legal aid so many families will be affected by the ruling... Been abused by the ex verbally and physically I have to be that advocate for my daughter and try and get her voice heard, The Last time I saw her my daughter she was crying mummy swears and shouts at a lot Saying I have to come and live with you and all I want is to parents to love me .. I cannot seem to do the right thing, I have tried mediation ex never turned up, and at the moment I have what seems not many rights No PR and I need to get it.. Tomorrow a positive outcome will happen I am certain of it surely a mum cant take away my access time when I have a court ruling all I have tried to do is love my child if that's a crime shoot me now .

Finally...
If I had my child to raise all over again
I'd build self-esteem first and the house later.
I'd finger paint more, and point the fingerless.
I would do less correcting and more connecting
I'd take my eyes off my watch, and watch with my eyes.
I'd take more hikes and fly more kites
I'd stop playing serious and seriously play
I would run through more fields and gaze at more stars.

Hey good morning well a new day and by the end of it I will have gained something from it. Well I am at work at the moment eight till eight and I will be popping out for solicitors appointment I have probably got every part of my anatomy crossed for a successful outcome today. I have had an incident at work today I went to see mr x morning sir how are you, mr x badly, whys that I said, well I saw a penny on the floor I went to pick it up farted and wet myself.... I smiled at him and it made me realise I may have issues but so does the next person and the next... Have a good day everyone...

Well I am back home from work now 20 minutes to go until I my solicitor so pumped up a nervous but excited type of attitude and ready to just simply to tell it how it is from the heart....

Hey good morning everyone hope all is well x well I have had a good 24 hours and things are a lot better for me I went to the solicitors it was a great success in a nutshell a letter is going to be sent to the ex as she has broke two court orders against my mum and myself and simply she can't do that the consequences are quite severe so it's going to be recommended she resumes contact ASAP with my family and my daughter fingers crossed things will be sorted soon.
