BUT had to come on and say.... i feel soooooo guilty!! Finally gave in living with the mouse and not being able to find cheap humane traps.. and let dad come down today armed with inhumane ones and a mars bar! Less than an hour later i heard a horrible snap.... Needless to say i had to deal with my first ever fatality.... and i feel AWFUL! Had to call dad and get him to come and remove it..... its really horrible i feel SO guilty!! Specially cos it was only a tiny little thing.. and didnt even get a nibble of the mars bar! (like dad promised me it would... I hoped it would die happy after eating choccy!.. when questioned dad admitted "i lied" )

...well I've done the paperwork well some of it and nothing else just can't get myself going and I know it's because the children have gone back to school and I've been on my own today a girl can only talk to herself for so long before the conversation gets boring and as it's quiet today I've noticed how much the dog snores boy is he loud.......
Hi Pam, this is for you and your dog:-
A couple have a dog who snores.
Annoyed because she can't sleep, the wife goes to the vet to see if he can help. The vet tells the woman to tie a ribbon around the dog's testicles and he will stop snoring.
"Yeah right!" she says.
A few minutes after going to bed, the dog begins snoring, as usual. The wife tosses and turns, unable to sleep muttering to herself, she goes to the closet and grabs a piece of red ribbon and ties it carefully around the dog's testicles.
Sure enough, the dog stops snoring! The woman is amazed!
Later that night, her husband returns home drunk from being out drinking with his buddies. He climbs into bed, falls asleep and begins snoring loudly.
The woman thinks maybe the ribbon might work on him. So she goes to the closet again, grabs a piece of blue ribbon and ties it around her husband's testicles.
Amazingly, it also works on him! The woman sleeps soundly.
The husband wakes from his drunken stupor and stumbles into the bathroom. As he stands in front of the toilet, he glances in the mirror and sees a blue ribbon attached to his privates. He is very confused and as he walks back into the bedroom, he sees the red ribbon attached to his dog's testicles. He shakes his head and looks at the dog and whispers, "I don't know where we were, or what we did, but by God, we took first AND second place."

Rage, Urmston IS the very bowel of the devil himself. For those of you lucky enough to NOT know Urmston BE VERY VERY grateful. Ita a self satisfied, fur coat and no kn!ckers sort of place. AND I HATE HATE HATE IT!!! Oh and people think I'm strange because we go ot bed early, read books do the garden and so on and so on....... What a place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
:rotfl: as an Urmstonian born and bred I see where you're coming from. People who were born there are nice but unfortunately there's been a massive influx of the "we must go to John Lewis this weekend" sort of person in the last few years (no doubt attracted by the trafford centre)...... as for fur coat - I don't think I know anyone with a fur coat (apart from my great grandmother's which I have in the loft for sentimental reasons). You now know why I feel so "out of it" - I like to mooch around the library and garden -and by garden I mean grow things and not just go and get a load of ready-made tubs to put where you cut down the lovely cherry tree because "it dropped it's leaves"
.... But I'm going to say this once, and once only, Gene. Stay out of Camberwick Green
