Yeah but that means we will have to send the superhub back. I'm looking forward to downloading at a rate of to 60mb.
Hubby phoned up retentions and got a few quid off the monthly bill plus the superhub.
I'd best not tell him about the increase. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Have got Broadband and Telephone from these people and mobile phones which must admit their tariff is good for what we get, mainly subsidised because we have other services from them, but the price rise is a joke,we are supposed to have the speed hike but can't tell no difference, try to connect your phone, stand next to the modem and it tells you that you are not in range....would change but the ADSL connection for here is really poor, fiber optic was our only answer......any suggestions would be appreciated as don't like having no option!:mad:0

the letter i recieved this week, stated that i could save over £55 a year. thats if would pay 12 months upfront for line rental.0

well with no phone line, how would you get the BB?
your options are really limited to mobile broadband
Virgin Media don't provide Broadband down a phone line - they offer tariffs with and without a phone line on their website - if you don't have the phone its more expensive, but cheaper than having BB and a phone...0 -

You overlook their offering for non-cabled areas - they use BT ADSL to provide their 'Virgin National' service.0 -
I don't know but would like to. I've had no email or letter, or even a phone call. I've scoured the customer area of the site but cannot find it either (perhaps they don't want me to!).
Mike
I received the said letter yesterday, going to have a scan round see what cash back incentives the competitors are offering and maybe switch and end my contract early0
