I am opting out of the rest of the list and what energy this cold has left me with will be concentrated on the paper mountain.
Pondering moving legal/insurance/household stuff upstairs to study/spare room (which is where the pc is and so much done on-line now), but that means sorting the study first and clearing stuff out from there to make room.0 -
do u guys do anything on weekends?
I have never seen a jobs list posted against post #1 for Saturdays and Sundays (this is my 5th week:eek:), but a lot of us lurk and post whatever we have done/caught up with over the weekend......or simply just let everyone know what we have been doing socially
so whether you knock off any jobs or not, or want some company to get HHC/HHI or something else you want to get done.....come back on the weekend and some of us will be on at some point:DThe cold never bothered me anyway0 -
There's always something to be done on a weekend and tbh that's when I strip my beds usually.
I have had a go at cleaning the playroom rug after all. DD seems to be doing well with her toileting so thought I might as well. It was very grubby and does look and smell a lot better. I used a dry foam cleaner and the result is both tots are rolling about on it now rather than avoiding it lol.
Have also done one wash and hung up and been out to play. When we came home dd was asleep so I put her on the sofa whilst DS and I went out. We swept all the leaves into a big pile, he jumped all over them, then he helped me get them into the brown bin. They collect for the last time next week, until spring.
Right, I'm being called to assist with a jigsaw. TTFN

*Nods* And you have to realise I'm very OCD about paperwork; I can't settle if there's something that needs filing away; even books are filed in alphabetical order of authors, and then alphabetical order of titles within each author.
oh my DD3 would get on so well with you her dvd collection is alphabetacised she even subcatogrieses into genre
(i dont think either of those two are real words as spell checker was no help LOL)
our books and dvd collections are huge so huge there is no real order to them (probally why we never get round to watching the films by the time weve decided what we want to watch and have found it the time to watch has run out.:rotfl:
DD2 might be persuaded to off load some spares from the airing cupboard round a friends tomorrow so hopefully airing cupboard will be a bit lighter.
got to persuade the boys thy need to wrap their biggest sisters pressies up now so we can drop them round to her tonightSPC~12 ot 124

Flyladies, thank you all for your posivibes, candles and huggles for DS. We finally have a diagnosis and while he will have the condition for the rest of his life, it can be kept under control. So hopefully within the next few weeks, he'll get his life back on track. Maybe even go back to college next year.
Flying wise, I emptied bins, sorted recycling, hoovered through house and discovered a broken (non alcoholic) bottle of beer in cupboard when making space so sorted that out. All before the paid stuff. Would you believe DH has now been alcohol free for nearly 5 months.
What would I do without all your support?
Have a great evening everyone.Spend less now, work less later.0 -
relieved to hear that things can be controlled for your DS jazee, and well done to your DH very positive newsSPC~12 ot 124
