Hi all
I'm so glad I got today's Flying done early; as Mr LW is wfh today, we washed my hair this morning, which is always a major task, and exhausts me.:( But at least it'll be nice and clean for when Jessie arrives,;) as I always have to have a photo taken with my canine guests; I get a copy, and the owners get a copy so that they can see who has been caring for their dog.:o
Skinty glad the leaves have gone – car boots do not make good compost bins!:eek:
Honey Bear fwiw, we get through about 2 loo rolls a week; one loo, two adults, one of whom works full time (though wfh some days) the other of whom has a very dodgy digestive system, details of which I won't go into._pale_ I buy whatever's on 12 rolls for the price of 9 offer. HTH.:o
Glad you liked the candle idea, btw; I use candles a lot, to focus energy for different reasons.
CY I hope you're feeling a bit better by now. Shame on the rest of the family not noticing you going without food:mad: – if I don't eat, Mr LW is on my case like a shot!:A
Dusty and Honey Bear – enough with the “C” word you two!
Re the “Extras” on today's official list – am I the only person who doesn't keep scrappy bits of paper?:D Receipts that we actually need to keep are in a ring binder, in alphabetical order of supplier; recipes on odd scraps of paper get typed up, saved on my recipe USB flash drive and the paper scrap disposed of; almost all our bills come electronically and are saved on a flash drive; the rest are filed in ring binders, and weeded annually. I have an entry in my PDA to “do all filing” on the first of each month; I haven't needed to do this for at least a year, because what little we get, I file away immediately – it's as easy to do this as to throw it in the tray for later.:oIf your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -

Despite the promises decades ago that we were heading for a paperless world it doesn’t seem to have arrived! So declutter paperwork, from files, intrays, magazines etc. Do you still have the receipts from last Christmas stuffed in a drawer? Leaflets for places you will never visit; recipes you will never make get rid of it all.

Welcome RJH
.....we are all on here because we hate housework, lack motivation, are busy busy, have let things slide for too long, or just like to have a bit of company doing mundane stuff (all of the above apply to me
)
There are no right or wrongs, no judgement here, everyone's friendly.... a little bit of flying everyday will make a difference, promise
Good luck, and I will watch out for your posts!The cold never bothered me anyway0 -
