Good afternoon
I was out all day yesterday, as DH & I visited the Houses of Parliament. it was good day - really interesting, lots of history. We also saw places that the normal tours don't go to, like the terrace overlooking the Thames, and the Crypt under Westminster (had a big sign on it saying 'no admittance, by order of Black Rod'!!)
Needless to say, no flying was done! And we had a chippy tea.
Today, DH & I took the dog out in the sunshine. I then did some studying, while DS & DD2 were doing homework. DH has sorted the CDs that were threatening to take over the shelves. He has also completely cleaned the shelves, inc dusting & polishing, the mantlepiece and shelf above the TV. This is because i have said NO decorations until it is cleared & cleanedHe also hoovered, inc under the armchair that he had moved out.
DH & DS are now sorting out the xmas decs, to see what we can get rid off (DD1 wants some of them, and we are going up there next week). This is normally done as we put them up, and all the rubbish goes back in the loft. They are making piles of 'keep' 'DD1' 'CS' & 'bin' :T
Ok - I am going to check on dinner now, and then some more study0 -
Not a lot of flying done this weekend but have replaced the damaged piece of wallpaper in the lounge, painted another wall in the lounge and dug out a base for the new shed which is due tomorrow. I Will get this house decluttered by Christmas!!!!!!!Pay One Debt 2012! challenge #67 - £235.07 / £375.18 :T0

DD and I admired the VERY cute baby degus in Pets at.
