Quick roundup, if it's gone, it's done

Monday - kitchen and dining room
    Clean the washing machine drawer

Tuesday - Living Room, Hall and Stairs, downstairs loo
Spot clean rugs or carpet - bar of plain white soap and hot water works well on mine.

Wednesday - Master Bedroom and Landing
Hoover and turn the mattress if possible
    Change the bedding

Thursday - Bathroom and Study/Pc Area
Run a virus check on the pc
    Wash towels, t-towels, flannels etc
    Extras
Give any bath toys a good sort and put them through the DW, bin any yucky ones

Friday – End of week roundup
    Change 2 child’s beds
    Extras:
    Declutter paperwork, from kitchen drawer.

There are stickers and magnets all over the playroom floor. I want them picked up before we go out in half an hour. What do you suppose the chances are. We are meeting a friend at playcentre, DD in pants, I have 3 spares in my bag, hope that's enough

    Morning all

    I AM flying, honestly.

The dining room, however, looks TERRIBLE

I iron in there, pack e bay in there...you get the picture?

add to that I have a small CRATE OF PENCILS to sharpen. Mum packs at the Operation Xmas Child Warehouse (she went, one day, to donate some scarves, gloves and hats she knitted...) and there must be at least 1000 in there. I have borrowed an electric sharpener from 'work' to do this. It cuts out when it gets warm.

Bathroom and kitchen are fine, ironing up to date. PTA event last night was fun but costly *sigh* and I didn't win a raffle prize - I SO wanted to win the Jamie Oliver Paella pan...ah well!

    Towels on line; bed stripped.

Love to all especially those in need.

(they add supplementary items to boxes if necessary;) - they are't permitted to take anything out of a box unless it contravenes guidelines)

  • morning, morning flyladies and flygents!

I have been flying since 2am, albeit at a very slow speed....as flybaby keeps laying on my right sciatic nerve and sending my right leg to sleep  so I stay either upstairs or downstairs until she moves off and the leg returns to some kind of normality, then carry things up and down to appropriate room

Starting to get twinges of Carpel Tunnel again in my right hand, which means sadly the left will follow soon, and if I am very unlucky then my pelvis will start softening and separating and I will be on crutches like I was with DS - so need to get as much hardcore flying done in the next few weeks before I become almost completely immobilised.

Rang the plasterer and compared diaries, he is going to split my job over two half days as his diary is chocka - but wants to help me get my downstairs loo back on-line asap in my current state

So he is coming friday next week :T so I should be able to paint it by the following Friday once it has cured, then I can get DIY friend back to tile soon after, then get loo connected.

So on here for a quick lurk and a cuppa, then I will get my legs up and rest til lunch, then try and nap with DS after that.....

If today I get to update the list for the week so far , then it will be a miracle, but I suspect it will be a stupid o'clock special :rotfl:

hugs to all that need them xxx
The cold never bothered me anyway

    Morning,

Well yesterdays coffee and sorting paperwork at my friends took longer than expected so nothing else got done :o
Today won't be much better, I'm going to see Skyfall with my dad this morning :) He's paying :rotfl: but it gives my mum a break as he's more hard work than ever :(
Then tonight I'm going to see Breaking Dawn with DD2, DD1 and 2 of her friends. It was supposed to be for her birthday from me but now its her dad's treat for doing so well on her G.C.S.Es.

The window cleaners here so I'll finish my black coffee (someone finished the milk and didn't bother to tell me  ), pay him then swish round the bathroom (one on the cats has weed in there  ) before going to pick my dad up :D

    I won't bother posting a list til I'm back

Thanks for all of your suggestions about cats and loo rolls everyone. The AF suggestion 'may' be the answer, but I'm not sure. In any event, I can't ration them!

Of all the things on the list this week, the paperwork Extra today is the one I need to get to grips with. I have an intray that is 4" deep and a filing tray that is 6" deep. While I wait in for a delivery today that's what I plan to deal with before it all slides to the floor in a glorious muddle.
    Better is good enough.

  • OK I have made an executive decision:rotfl:
I am opting out of the rest of the list and what energy this cold has left me with will be concentrated on the paper mountain.
