Morning All :hello:
Well it's finally here and I feel physically sick. I got to go back to w*** today, I cannot believe I am actually out of bed!! I do like my job but I would much prefer to be at home.
Anyway yesterday, I went to Wilko's and Woolies, then visited my nan (her new flat is lovely and I hope she will be very happy there) and got as much as I could done for today.
Anyway, washing is out and sandwiches are made. Then go to w***. After work I need to return some plants to Woolies that I brought (wrong ones) then cut the grass, cook tea, then sort as much as I can out for tomorrow!!
Anyway have a lovely day to those that are celebrating and hugs to those that want/need them.

Oooh, mioliere, I hate craneflies - they terrify me. Spiders with wings that dive bomb *shudder*
Today I have to sort out a new breadmaker. My Panasonic has pretty much died - this is very traumatic for me - and I think that it will work out cheeper to replace her than to mend herLooking at the MR fastbake, but there seems to be mixed thoughts on it looking at the threads on MSE.
Plans for today - first load of washing is in the washer, have at least one more to follow. Have a few things to get up on EBAY later today so will have to take some piccies of them later. Other than that its going to be pretty lazy for me today.
Will probably take the kids to the beach later and collect some shells up - they can then find out all about the critters that used to live in them (we home ed) It looks like it is going to be nice today so I will make up a picnic to take with us.
Also want to get back into Flylady this week. Did follow her routine a few years ago and it made a big difference to my house (ie, it was tidy).
Have a lovely day, everyone:)0 -
Hi Pink, Yup, not long now, I'm really looking forward to introducing you to the sort of breakfast I just had...
Toast and coffee outside was the idea.
Raucous the goose showed up with his new lady in tow, so that was the end of the toast. Then the chaffinches very kindly added seeds from an upstairs neighbour's feeders to my coffee, such incredible aim to get them into such a small target  ... And I really, really do not need the extra carbs :rotfl:
Oh, and the local stray cat has adopted my mini green house... and marked it's territory accordingly. I'm off to work, it's safer there!
Bye for now!My first reply was witty and intellectual but I lost it so you got this one instead

BF met Mum yesterday for the first time. It went well and they seem to approve of each other!! Went for a walk on the seafront, which was nice
Went to Brighton on Saturday for a bridesmaid dress fitting. Then went shopping with my friend and we had lunch out. OS seems to have gone out of the window at the moment - I'll give myself a break till I get home from holiday
However, I am currently munching on a slice of HM sponge filled with HM jam, so I'm not completely lost!
I hope everyone's ok and is enjoying the lovely weatherComping, Clicking & Saving for Change0 -
Good morning everyone,
Not feeling too good today, didnt sleep well and i have stomach pains - ah, the joys of being back to work too, lovely!!!
But, never mind, it looks like we are going to join the rest of the country and have a nice day today, so will be walking to school this morning (and afternoon), good to keep up the good work i started before the easter hols - exercise and saving petrol.
Only plans for today are cleaning (i dont iron unless i have too) and maybe make some veg soup in the SC. Only prob is i bought a load of yellow stickered bargains on Saturday at Mr Ts, so dont have much room in the freezer, but im sure i can have a move about and find a bit of room!!!

Just a quickie from me. Have contacted my consultant as I am not well enough to make the journey into central London. TBH, I feel quite rough:o ...I was going so well. OH has demanded that I rest fully today and am not to move from the sofa:eek:
So.....OH today:D has a washload to do, empty DW and clean toilet. Clear through our room (should take 10mins max!) post 4 ebay parcels and call Fedex for an emergency pick-up. Probably about an hours work in total;) Think he has 2 essays to write (as I do) so wont be too hard on him:rotfl:
Anyway, hugs to all.

Good Morning All
(((PP)))
Didnt get on yesterday was busy but wasnt the weather lovely, it makes the weekends much more special.
Today looks like going to be nice again but wont appreciate it as have loads of running around. This afternoon will be back at the hospital to 3 hours of waiting around. They are taking off my plaster to remove my pins (ouch) am hoping they dont put the plaster back but think they probably will.
Both children will be with us today as have non pupil days. I hate to upset people but I did all my ironing in dribs and drabs yesterday.
Best get off, have a great day whatever you do.0
