I already receive my order which I placed on Friday.
I called them because I thought an item was missing. I asked about my order which I placed on Saturday and the rep said they were experiencing 'technical issues' that day and once they have resolved those issues they will contact their customers to let them know what the next step is. When I asked if I will be expecting my order she just said they were not sure yet.
Guess just have to wait and see, I'm not too bothered if it is cancelled as I was under whelmed with what I received today, the sets are just like mini samples.0 -
My order is now 'closed' and I've been emailed to say it has been dispatched.
I wonder if they will just ignore the 'delights of provence' part of the order?

I've emailed them to find out whats happening as haven't had email or Paypal refund, still says Suspend on order.I love this place :j:T:j0

l'occitane is increasing the minimum spend from £35 to £40 to get the winter set for £14 (half price), some pages still say £35, so they are trying to rectify the glitch.0

My first order with them before this amazing one was confirmed and dispatched within 30mins of purchasing!
my order's showing as suspended too. Called them and was told they had made a mistake and were looking into it and would contact all customers concerned.0 -
I placed a second order last night for £42, which included the harvest set, the winter collection, soap, and used the code beginning with P to get the free set.
Just looked at my account and that order has been suspended as well.0 -
Oh great, another company who could take weeks to refund us our money... arrghh! By 'suspend' I take it to mean a temporary hold...how long temporary is, is anyone's guess before they decide to refund us our money. I would have thought they already know exactly what they intend to do and the longer they 'suspend', the longer they keep their mitts on paid monies and avoid the messy task of refunding... *sigh*0

Just received my original order (3 sets for £42) and I'm not at all impressed with the Harvest set compared to the other two. The pamper one is boxed and looks a lovely gift but the other two not so much. And no giftwrapping either!0
