Mine was for the £17.95 set too. Has your order status said "new" from the start? mine said "open" up until a couple of hours ago

nope. it said open yesterday and now it says new. although reading the latest posts it will probably change to suspended too. back to the body shop i guess - at least they honour all their glitches

    Mine is suspended :(
  • Did any one else notice this?

I paid yesterday via credit card and to be honest i didn't even notice that on the payment page there was box saying you give permission for the payment processor to store you card details.

I only found this out as i have been pondering whether or not to place another order(not with the same great glitch) and it says pay with saved card and my last 4 card numbers.

I can't seem to remove my card details from Loccitane website either:(
I never store my card details anywhere!

My card details never saved on mine.
  • You must have clicked the box (which i might add is automatically ticked to save your details) so that they didn't save them.

Just to top it off i have just been trying to see if i could remove the details and have now managed to place another order. :rotfl:

    Bl**dy terrific!!
  • I think all the orders with the status Suspended means they are most likely not going to honour these purchases.

This is taken directly from their site under T&Cs:

    What a shame :(

My first order with them before this amazing one was confirmed and dispatched within 30mins of purchasing!
