EXPIRED L'occitane, half price, reduced price and gwp

Placed 2 orders yesterday, one has been dispatched, but the other is showing as "hold". Anyone knows what that means? Money's been taken off paypal...

Very annoyed with myself as I placed orders before £17 deal was discovered and paid over £40 for each!!! Wonder if it's worth cancelling the order that's not been posted yet and ordering something else? I know winter collection is oos but you can still get the Provence collection for free when odering Harvest Collection making it £25 + delivery???

Any thoughts?

I ordered yesterday and went through topcashback and this registered at purchase amount of £78.00 when I actually paid £39.00 but the £78.00 would have been the amount for full price tote bag £50 and £ 28 enchanting winter collection

Placed an order yesterday afternoon, showing in my account with all items at correct prices and amount correctly charged. Has an order number and tracking number but order status is closed ?? Is that despatched or cancelled I wonder, paid via Visa Debit card and the payment has gone ?? Very confusing ....

I emailed asking for my expensive order to be cancelled and they have cancelled my £17 one and the other is still in picking.

I'm going to end up with both cancelled.........:(

Hi I just checked on my order history and I think closed means the order has been completed, if there isn't a tracking number it is probably awaiting dispatch tomorrow as my previous orders have always come royal mail tracked.

Just checked my orders and see 2x£17.95 orders gone from open to suspend, £33.95 order still open. Not looking good you think??

Yeah i have the same "suspend" Checked this morning and it was still showing as "open"

I have to agree and say i don't think it is looking good at all.
