Me too, sent them an email though to ask them if they could substitute the gift if its OOS:) we'll see, I have a feeling though they will cancel the order:)

Mine was picking as well, but have you clicked the add to bag link, it brings up your order being picked and thats when I saw the message at the top of that page saying pink out of stock and looking like it's being sent without it.

my order says open. on the invoice it has the pink bag but on the add to bag link it has been removed, so it does look like we are not going to get them. I ordered in the morning way before it went out of stock so i think that l'occitane have caught on and just removed all of the pink bags from everyones orders regardless of if the order was placed yesterday or at 3pm today just before it went oos

Yep mine is open too but i didn't order the pink i ordered the harvest one (yellow) and if i click on add to bag it shows it without that in it and the total shows as £28 not the £17.95.

I wonder if everones order is like this? regardless of what gift (pink, yellow or blue) was added it removes it and charges full price for the winter set.

I have a feeling the add to bag icon is if you want to reorder a pervious order so that's why it's showing up full price and with out the gift? What do u guys think?:)

I have checked mine as well. Order invoice shows all items there but "add to bag" shows Pink gift set as OOS.
As I paid by paypal, I have checked that account and it is showing the discounted amount as being taken. I don't think they can take any more money that what is on the invoice. Will wait and see...
