Sounds to me like they have made a right hash of things. She isn't best impressed and is worried that they will not believe she hasn't received it.
I have an awful feeling i will just receive exactly the same as you, harvest set and winter collection and they just wont send the free gift. I have printed off my invoice(just incase they remove it from their website) which clearly shows what i ordered.
& to add I never received my samples! I hope your sister gets the Harvest set and i hope your order comes with no muck ups!0 -

Blimey no samples either, i would be a bit miffed if i were you too.:(

Very disappointed-no harvest collection and instead they tried to replace the items but they are so rubbish, i wouldn't even use them-it would be embarrasing to give as a gift-a real mish mash of things from different collections and to boot, they have only have put a few things in e.g shower oil, 10ml hand cream.
No wicker basket either-everything stuffed in one box (I ordered 3 gift sets)
Really unimpressed.

They couldn't even be bothered to contact you? Even after a mistake, that's how they treat their customers?

My sister said customer service were fantastic about not receiving one of her items. They dispatched one to her yesterday.:D0

I had 2 orders cancelled and they have disappeared off my order list. They refunded the money almost a week ago but Paypal put a hold on the money so I haven't got access to it yet.0
