EXPIRED L'occitane, half price, reduced price and gwp

Both my orders canceled and refunded back to Paypal. I emailed over the weekend to ask to cancel my Friday night £50 order but the canceled my bargain £17. Today they have canceled the £50 order and both refunded straight back to Paypal.

I would not open a dispute, I think over the weekend they have been bombarded with emails and just working through them. The refund was already back before I got the email through so they are pretty quick.

Just had a look it says:

It is L'OCCITANE's intention to satisfy our customers. For this reason, we will gladly issue a full refund to the original credit card for any unopened merchandise that is returned within 28 days of the date of purchase. All items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and in unopened, saleable condition.
Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any opened or used products and Postage & Packing will not be refunded.

Contact customer services before returning.
There is a freepost address for parcels.

Me too!

Im going to wait and see what turns up or if they cancel the order in the meantime. I think it will take them a few days to sort out, they are going to be snowed under, lol .

Only one of mine was boxed - the Pamper one. The Winter and Harvest were just in the make-up bags. I emailed them and they're sending me some gift wrap! Looks like you got lucky but which one wasn't boxed?

distance selling regulations say you have the right to return something bought online within 7 days no matter what
