I received mine today and it all looks really beautiful - the gift boxes made it the nicest looking thing i've ever received through the post!!

My sisters order turned up with no gift boxes and missing the harvest set:(
She is going to ring them tomorrow. I thought things would be checked and doubled checked before they were sent out.

The harvest set wasn't even her free gift, the one she is missing is the one in the wicker basket on the website.
What free gift did you order? i am awaiting my order (ordered the harvest set, winter collection and the free pink set)

Paid £45 so won't be impressed if it turns up minus the free gift.

I ordered the yellow free set. I paid £45 too. That's awful she wasn't sent the wicker basket one! I ordered that one too but I received it plus the winter one. I have emailed them and queried about my order. I am not happy

Sounds to me like they have made a right hash of things. She isn't best impressed and is worried that they will not believe she hasn't received it.
I have an awful feeling i will just receive exactly the same as you, harvest set and winter collection and they just wont send the free gift. I have printed off my invoice(just incase they remove it from their website) which clearly shows what i ordered.

Just worked my order out and this is what i get, i think i have worked it out right.

Added harvest set £25, added winter set £28 added a soap £3.
Total £56
Take off £14 (winter set £14 is spend over £35)
Which by my calculation leaves £42.
Pink gift was free if order was over £40

Therefore i think i am right in saying i should be entitled to it.
