I didn't receive an email but they have refunded the money to Paypal and there is no order history showing on my account

I didn't get a refund email either but got an email from Paypal saying refund but checking my bankaccount the money was taken this morning from bank. The order was paid by paypal and the part came out of my bank account. Anyone know when it will be returned to my bank account?
I placed 4 orders - 2 over £50 and am very disappointed with hte items as they are just sample sizes. Won't be buying from there again.

It all depends on what method of payment you used with Paypal. I assume that when you say it came out of your bank account then you paid via instant transfer (the money come out of your bank as a Direct Debit)

I have just had the same problem with the applaws and petsupermarket glitch.
As i paid using my bank account, the money refunded was immediately placed on hold in my paypal account. I only found this out when i logged into Paypal. It's all to do with the money leaving your bank and paypal actually receiving it which i am told takes a few days.
The hold will be removed and when it does it will go onto your Paypal balance and it is down to you to transfer it back into your bank.

If however after explaining all that lol, you paid via paypal using a credit card, the money will be refunded back onto your card.

Same here, my £17.95 was cancelled but my £45 order says picking.

Not sure i want it now though as it seems most people are disappointed as they are sample sizes

Check your paypal account....the money may be there
