    Really dissapointed with this company, I would feel ok if I receive an email by now saying the refund is on the way but no. Good job I pay by paypal, will open a case as soon as I can. will not buy from them again unless there's a good glitch.

    I've also been put off by them. I'm a chemist and when you look in detail at their product ingredients, it's really nothing special compared to the other products out there which are bigger sizes and better value for money.

    This was a good glitch but they're not honouring the orders like the other companies do, so I don't think i'll be placing another order at all as their normal products are massively overpriced.
  • For those who paid by credit card does anyone know when payment is taken. Is it taken at the time of ordering or on dispatch?

    If it is at time of dispatch then if it stays at "suspend" for days then amount will just fall of any pending transactions.

    Just wondered if anyone knew?
  • Just received my original order (3 sets for £42) and I'm not at all impressed with the Harvest set compared to the other two. The pamper one is boxed and looks a lovely gift but the other two not so much. And no giftwrapping either!

    Same here, got my first order today. I got muddled up when placing the order and ended up with a Magical Season Collection instead off Provence one. This one is complete rubbish, only a few tiny things in it, I'd only be able to give it as a stocking filler for someone:(
    Harvest actually looks a bit better compared to it but not by much.
    Fingers crossed my 2nd order which was dispatched today will be better

    Anyone knows what their return policy is if you are not happy with the purchase?

    I called them earlier about the glitchy order as mines saying 'new'? So wanted to know what was happening, the lady told me they only hold the money until it is dispatched. So if anybody's order has been cancelled, no money should have been taken:) I got one of my orders today and am very pleased, 3 presents in lovely Xmas boxes that work out about £15 ish each:)

    Ask them to send you some giftwrap. I asked for some extra Xmas bags as want to split up a set I bought of shower gels in the summer sale:) am going to give them as prezzes for my children's teachers:) asked for three, she sent me 6:)

    I am hoping money is taken on the point of dispatch as i can see my order saying suspend for days.
    I think my bank hold a pending payment for around 5 days and if the company haven't taken the money it drops off. Happens to me lots with Debenhams :mad:(when they cancel my order)

  • I sent them an email a short time ago to find out about payment and when it is taken, this is the reply i received.

    Following your query, please be informed that if you pay using a Debit or Credit card the payment for your order you account will be debited the day we dispatch your order.



    If you pay using Paypal the payment will be made straight away.



    Don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any other queries.

    At least now i know that unless they dispatch my order i won't get charged and it will just fall off my pending transactions.:)
  • I emailed this morning and still not had a reply, logged into Paypal and opened a dispute, least it gets the ball rolling I suppose.
