does anyone know if l'occitane honour their glitches. people have even been tweeting them about this so there has been a very big response to the deal but im just not sure what their customer service is like? I regularly order with the body shop who almost always honour their glitches

Has anyone else had a problem when paying using mastercard or visa?

My sister is trying to pay via mastercard and it keeps asking her for her mastercard securecode, she is putting it in correctly but it keeps telling her it is wrong despite is being correct.

Has anyone use quidco for their purchase today? I just got 2 separate emails for a £28 and £15 spend, although i only spent £17.95, p+p included. I've double checked my l'occitane account and the amount on the invoice is correct, just not sure if i should be worrying more money will come out my account? Thanks
